Welcome to the Great Britain Martial Arts Academy's Lil'Dragons Programme. The programme is an age specific programme for children aged 4 - 6 years of age. Lil'Dragons has an ideal blend of basic Martial Arts, Life Skills and Safety Skills which has made it one of the most popular martial arts programme in the world.
The Lil'Dragons programme teaches more than, martial arts. It teaches this age group how to be good citizens and helps to prepare them for life, or at least school. It includes units in safety and life skills. These help the students become well rounded by developing the child's social, emotional, physical and intellectual growth. Also included within the programme, exclusive to the GBMAA is a Bully Buster program that teaches children how to cope with being bullied, how to deal with bullies in a peaceful and mature manner and how to help others that are being bullied too.
